Data controller

Nodeiwest AB, Swedish organisation number 559169-4210, is the controller for this processing.

Operational support telemetry

The purpose is license and update security, troubleshooting, and planning version and compatibility support. The data is not used for marketing, behavioural profiling, or sale to third parties.

We process limited categories of account and license data, technical device and software-environment information, security and connection metadata, and timestamps. We do not collect document names, document contents, or feature usage.

Download totals are shown as aggregate counters per release asset from GitHub. NodeCE does not create customer-specific download histories.

Legal basis

We rely on our legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) in operating a secure license and update service and supporting versions that are actually in use. We limit the data to what is needed for that purpose.

Recipients and providers

The data is available to authorized support and release staff and to providers needed for operations, hosting, and release delivery under contract. We do not sell the data. Contact us for current provider, processing-location, and transfer-safeguard information.

Retention

The latest reported version overwrites earlier values and is cleared when the license is reassigned or revoked. Activation data is retained only while needed for the active customer relationship and for a limited period afterward for support, security, or legal claims.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us to exercise your rights or obtain more information. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
